On October 30th and 31st, Sinochem Rubber Machinery launched its innovatively developed "High-Grade Radial Passenger Tire Hydraulic Curing Press" in Guilin and simultaneously held a technical seminar. Executives from multiple tire manufacturing companies and industry experts witnessed this innovative achievement in tire equipment technology.

The newly launched product features "high efficiency, stability, and energy-saving" characteristics.
In terms of efficiency, it adopts a round column downward pressurization design, enabling precise and swift equipment actions. The non-curing time is shortened to within 60 seconds, greatly reducing the cycle time. Additionally, it is equipped with a fully automatic stepless mold adjustment function, which can shorten the mold changeover time for users.
Regarding stability, its electrical control system employs an advanced IO-link bus design and is configured with a self-produced high-quality electrical control cabinet, ensuring fast and stable signal transmission. The modular expansion function makes the equipment easier to maintain. The tire loading/unloading robotic arm, driven by servo motors and servo cylinders, operates swiftly and positions accurately. The servo hydraulic system precisely controls various hydraulic actions. The split column design enables overall transportation of the main unit, avoiding on-site secondary installation and maximizing the preservation of factory adjustment precision.
In terms of energy-saving and environmental protection, the curing chamber adopts a three-zone thermal insulation design and applies advanced materials. The thermal system utilizes an integrated valve assembly, significantly reducing energy consumption. The equipment's operating noise is below 76 decibels, and multiple safety functions are incorporated.
